Refund & Replacement Policy
Each product sold by Rich in the Mind is made to order.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund in accordance with our fulfillment partner’s policies.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Mugs and drinkware, except in cases of damage or misprint
• Worn, washed, or altered apparel
• Items ordered incorrectly by the customer (including size or color selection)
• Gifted items
• Sale or promotional items
Return Approval
All returns require prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Rich in the Mind is not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery errors caused by the carrier.
